We strive to make ordering from The Happy Greens Co. as simple as possible. Our online shop is currently in development and, once available, will allow customers to easily browse our selection of microgreens and place orders online, ensuring efficient online ordering.
Ordering online
Our online shop will showcase our available products, pricing, and essential ordering information. Since our microgreens are freshly grown and harvested in small batches, product availability may vary. When placing an order, please verify that your contact information and delivery or collection details are accurate before finalizing your purchase. Your order will be processed only after we have confirmed it and received any necessary payment.
Payment
At our market stalls, we accept both card and cash payments. Once our online shop is fully launched, we plan to provide secure online payment options through a trusted payment provider. Rest assured, your payment card details will be processed securely, ensuring customer data privacy, and will neither be stored nor managed directly by The Happy Greens Co.
Click & collect
We will offer a click and collect service from our unit in Kidderminster on designated days, with collection availability displayed during the ordering process. Currently, our scheduled collection days are Thursday, Friday, and Monday, subject to seasonal changes and availability. Collection details, including the precise time and location, will be included in your order confirmation. Please refrain from arriving to pick up your order before your confirmed collection time.
Local delivery
We provide microgreens delivery within a designated area around Kidderminster and its surroundings. A minimum order value may apply to these local deliveries, with any delivery charges or availability clearly stated at the time of ordering. Since our microgreens are fresh and perishable, we handle local deliveries ourselves instead of using standard postal services. Delivery days and areas may differ based on demand, availability, and seasonal factors.
Fresh microgreens
Our microgreens are grown indoors all year round and harvested fresh for our customers' enjoyment. As a dedicated fresh-produce business, availability can occasionally fluctuate based on growing conditions and harvest amounts. We will always strive to provide the selected products at the time of your order. If a particular item becomes unavailable, we will contact you, whenever possible, to discuss alternative options or suitable solutions.
If there is a problem with your order
If your order is incorrect, damaged, or you believe a product doesn’t meet the description, please reach out to us promptly. We are committed to resolving any issues and, when applicable, may provide a replacement, alternative item, or refund. For fresh and perishable products, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and include photographs when relevant, as this helps us understand and effectively resolve the situation.

Product weights and appearance
Our products are delivered in the size and weight advertised at the time of purchase. Since we specialize in fresh and naturally grown produce, please note that the appearance, color, and size of our microgreens may vary slightly. However, the weight supplied will always align with the stated weight for each product.
Allergens
